Designed in a stunning Art Deco style and completed in 1931, the Edison Building was one of the first all-electrically heated and cooled buildings in the United States. Rebranded as The CalEdison, the building stands triumphantly on the corner of 5th Street and Grand Avenue in DTLA's Financial District. Ludlow Kingsley designed the identity and web presence for the newly branded building.
